NYOTA BED AND BREAKFAST POLICIES
Rates are per person per night sharing.
- CHECK IN/OUT
Check in after 3.30pm and out by 11 a.m. If you will be checking in after 9 p.m. Please advise us so we may make arrangements for late arrival.
- MINIMUM STAYS
The room may be rented for a 2 night minimum stay, the exception being onward journey.
50% of the total charges will be charged and a deposit at the time of your reservation will be required.
Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled at least 30 days in advance of arrival, less US$20 cancellation fee. Deposits will be refunded with less than 30 days notice if we are able to rebook the room for the entire stay, less cancellation fee. The deposit will be forfeited for reservations cancelled within 30 days if we are unable to rebook the room or for guests arriving after the reserved arrival date or departing before the reserved departure date.
- SMOKING & PETS
Nyota Bed And Breakfast is smoke and pet free.
Children are welcome at Nyota Bed And Breakfast. Cribs, high chairs, etc. are not provided.
- BREAKFAST & LAUNDRY
Breakfast is available to Nyota Bed And Breakfast guests only. Laundry is provided daily upon request at an additional charge.
- GRATUITIES & CREDIT CARDS
Gratuities for the housekeeper are left to each guest’s discretion. Payment may be made with US$ hard cash or Bank transfer. Nyota Bed And Breakfast does not accept credit cards.
